      Returns and Exchanges 

      Please email to request a return. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

      You may return or exchange an item up until 10 days upon arrival of item. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      If item arrives damaged, we must be aware within 24 hours of receipt in order to process a refund or exchange. 

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

      Return Shipping 
      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All return or exchange shipments must include tracking.
