Domestic Shipping
Most orders delivered within the United States include fast and free shipping. All items are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Items are shipped Monday - Friday via USPS Priority or UPS and include tracking confirmation. Shipping times are estimates & can incur delays. Mystery boxes are subject to $15 shipping additional shipping charges. AC at Home and Private Signing shipping will vary on series.

Additional expedited shipping options are available for a fee. 

International Shipping
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Buyer is responsible for all international fees, including Customs. Our standard international shipping method is USPS Priority Mail International and UPS. USPS Express Mail International and additional options are available upon request. Return Shipping 
Prior to returning or exchanging an item, please contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All return or exchange shipments must include tracking.
